About Lovely’s

Opened in 2010 by sisters Jane and Sarah Minnick, Lovely's Fifty Fifty uses produce exclusively from Oregon farms. We combine the West Coast farmers market tradition with whole-grain sourdough bread-making techniques. Our Pizzas are blanketed in fresh greens, foraged flowers, wild mushrooms, and distinctive vegetables. Our menu features many salads and hearty appetizers as well as homemade organic ice cream using Straus Dairy. Lovely’s is famous for being hyper-seasonal and lovingly pushing the boundaries of what pizza can be.

Sarah has been nominated for four James Beard Awards including Best Chef Northwest and was a finalist for national Outstanding Chef in 2023. Sarah and the restaurant have gained wide recognition for being featured on Netflix’s Chef’s Table: Pizza. Lovely’s has also been profiled in Modernist Pizza, The New York Times, Saveur Magazine, Portland Monthly and numerous other notable publications.
